On behalf of our client, a leading multinational industrial company located in Buzau, we are searching for a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT:
- Supervise the accounting activity, ensures timely, accurate and complete accounting records verification and processing of accounting entries;
- Supervises the tax calculation and elaboration of fiscal declarations for the company;
- Coordinates accounting team;
- Ensuring the compliance with all statutory requirements;
- Ensure monthly, semi-annual and annual accounting close;
- Involvement in drawing up the Financial Statements;
- Providing support to Finance Manager in preparation of monthly Reporting Package;
- University degree in Economics;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards and fiscal legislation;
- Experience in production accounting is a plus;
- Experience in reporting under IAS/IFRS is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good command of English;
