MISSION:
- Individually carries out all General Entrepreneurs’ projects specialized in civil construction;
- Technical and commercial responsibility.
Nature of work/description of work:
Working environments are adapted to the project:
- spending most of a working day on the project work site, or at a computer workstation;
- usually working with a team that may include professionals from other engineering and scientific disciplines, contractors, project owners, architects, bankers, lawyers or government officials;
- meet deadlines and designed standards under pressure;
- constantly updating knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in this rapidly changing field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- determines project requirements in terms of human resources, quality, time-schedule, equipment, and materials;
- estimates costs and monitor expenditures;
- applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project;
- supervises technical support personnel, contractors and construction workers;
- site supervision and coordination;
- contract management and monitoring delivery terms;
PROFILE:
- PC Skills (MS-Office);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction field;
- Flexibility, team spirit, professional attitude;
- Fluent in German/English;
- 28 – 40 years of age;
STUDIES:
- Technical degree Construction University – CFDP;
SKILLS:
- good communication skills;
- the ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- the ability to think logically and solve problems;
- team leader and team player;
- capacity for details;
- Driving licence: B;
- Loyal, highly motivated, organised.
