TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE
Purpose of the role:
* You will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting of various web applications (this include software functionality, application server setup, database management, data analysis, operating system configuration, performance tuning, installation, migration, and upgrades to products).
Main requirements for the position:
*2+ years professional background on Technical / Software / System Support position
*Professional experience in the Linux / Unix OS support
*Knowledge of HTML, XML, Internet protocols, networking, firewalls, web servers
*Knowledge of Oracle
*Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or other related
*Excellent command of FRENCH language
*Good command of English language
*Very good communication skills, good team player
