They Recently Opened new offices based in Sofia Bulgaria , as Their headquarters with State-of- the-art technology . They are expanding Their Currently Benelux year division and have attractive position for the Dutch speaking person Willing to experience living and working in Bulgaria !
Daily duties :
To provide first call resolution to Customers in the Estonian ..
Respond to inbound and outbound customer queries and calls .
To ensure service requests are reported to contract Agreements Within
Cases to ensure that the correct partner is dispatched to the town engineer .
To ensure that specific customer requests is Considered carefully .
To retain ownership of each event .
Requirements :
Estonian Written and spoken fluently
Fluent in English
Interest in Customer Services .
Good Communication Skills
Customer orientation , pleasant personality and positive attitude is a must.
Benefits :
Salary - € 5000 - € 10,000 per annum . ( Every increase in the salary after 3 months )
