Linux Protection Server Support with German language
Main responsibilities:
Identify and solve the customer issue using a variety of methods including SSH, WebEx remote sessions, web interface, phone, and email communication
Meet internal and client metrics
Follow customer issues through the Ticketing system until resolution, even during escalation to Level 2 or 3
Provide information to the customers Sales Rep when needed
Provide timely, effective and correct Solutions/Information to customers
Able to work on multiple tickets at once, while keeping high efficiency
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Requirements:
German: B2H level minimum
English – B2H level minimum
Technical skills:
UNIX based system administration knowledge (Linux, Solaris) in SSH Command Line, CVS, MySQL or relevant database experience; server configuration (Sendmail), mail flow troubleshooting
