JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a native Romanian full-time for an internship of 6 months in Sofia, Bulgaria with possibility of prolongation or signing a permanent contract of work.

The person who successfully passes the internship has the opportunity to be entitled as a NATEK local manager in Bucharest, Romania.

Starting date of the project: ASAP

The internship will concern the following main areas of responsibilities:

¿¿¿ IT recruitment market survey of Romania
¿¿¿ Recruitment actions regarding Romanian candidates
¿¿¿ Organizing and co-ordination of the administrative activities
¿¿¿ Performance of interviews and assessment of candidates¿¿¿ English level
¿¿¿ Preliminary selection of potential candidates in close co-operation with the recruitment team in Bulgaria and company branches in other countries
¿¿¿ Detailed follow-up and updating the information for the candidates
¿¿¿ Ensuring quality of services and achieving set goals


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS

¿¿¿ University degree in one of the following areas: HR Management, Marketing, International relationships, Business or IT
¿¿¿ Native Romanian
¿¿¿ Excellent English level (spoken and written)
¿¿¿ Knowledge of another West European language is a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
¿¿¿ Advanced computer user (MS Office, Good knowledge of networking, OS management, excellent internet search abilities, etc.)
¿¿¿ Communicative, responsible and organized person
¿¿¿ First experience/internship in a business environment
¿¿¿ Very good analytical skills
¿¿¿ Ability to work efficiently, excellent time, self-management and to identify priorities
¿¿¿ Objective and result orientation
¿¿¿ Experience in registration of a company in Romania and management is an extreme advantage
¿¿¿ Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
