Our client is a leader in the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe. Their headquarters are located in one of the most exiting capitals in Eastern Europe – Sofia in Sunny Bulgaria.
The role:
*Answering, assisting and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner
over the phone and e-mail
*Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user problems
*Work in a multinational environment
