My client is a leading IT company which operates in 140 countries worldwide with global contact centers in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The site in Sofia has been in operation since 2006 and has 1200 employees providing support in English, German and Bulgarian.
As a Support Engineer you will:
¿¿¿ Troubleshooting
¿¿¿ Answering all enquires from customers
¿¿¿ Helping clients who have issues with IT products
Candidate requirements:
¿¿¿ German language ¿¿¿ native or fluent
¿¿¿ Good level of English
¿¿¿ Minimum 2 years technical support experience
¿¿¿ Excellent communication skills
¿¿¿ Fresh graduates are welcome
¿¿¿ Hardware knowledge
Bulgarian nationals with fluent German are considered!
