Requirements:
¿¿¿ German language ¿¿¿ native or C1 / C2 and fluent English
¿¿¿ Excellent communication skills
¿¿¿ Technical knowledge and experience
As a Technical Support you will be responsible for
¿¿¿ Resolving customer queries in an effective, friendly and approachable manner
¿¿¿ Validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
¿¿¿ Responds to customer issues and successfully resolve technical issues from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
¿¿¿ Responds to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products
