My client:
*Our client is a leader in the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe servicing over 10 languages.
*Recently they opened new offices based in Sofia Bulgaria, as their headquarters with State-of-the-art technology.
*They prepared extremely professional and supportive work environment with 350 stations
*At the moment they are looking for fluent Estonian speaker and motivated candidates to progress within the organization.
*You will be working on of the international projects providing support to customer via phone and correspondence.
Daily duties:
*Working in a multinational customer support team
*Responding to customers’ queries via telephone and email
*Participate and actively contribute to the whole support process
*Providing the best services and products for our clients
*Utilizing your language skills when communication to customer
Requirements:
*Fluent Estonian and English language
*Strong communication skills
*Strong team player
*Customer relationship skills

*Excellent package – 5000 – 10000 euro annually
* Salary increase in the 3rd, 6th and 13th month of employment
