My client:
*Our Client is a leading outsourcer in South-East Europe operating multilingual delivery platforms in Sofia, Plovdiv and Bucharest.
*The company currently has 500 employees and will be hiring another 300 employees by the end of the year.
*All of their sites are located in state-of-the-art offices in the city centre.
*They work for multinational customers in industries such as Travel & Leisure, Software, E-commerce and Financial Services.
Daily duties:
*Answering, assisting and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner over the phone and e-mail
*Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user problems
*Questions are received and answered by phone and e-mail in Estonian
Requirements:
*Fluent Estonian
*Fluent in German or English
*Can provide an active and creative contribution to the whole support process
*You can keep your cool in stressful situations and your ultimate goal is to provide solutions to the customer as efficiently as possible
*Team player
*General PC proficiency
*Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
*Keen on practicing language skills
*Willing to take on a new challenge
*Experienced in similar position
