Our client is a leader in the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe. They work for multinational customers in industries such as Travel & Leisure, Software, E-commerce and Financial Services.
One of their headquarters is located in one of the most exiting capitals in Eastern Europe – Sofia in Sunny Bulgaria.

The role:
*Answering, assisting and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner
over the phone and e-mail
*Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user problems
*Work in a multinational environment
*Questions are received and answered by phone and e-mail in Estonian
Your profile:
*Fluent Estonian
*Can provide active and creative contribution to the whole support process
*You can keep your cool in stressful situations and your ultimate goal is to provide solutions to the customer as efficiently as possible
*Team player
*General PC proficiency
*Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
*Keen on practicing language skills
*Willing to take on a new challenge
*Experienced in similar position
