With more than 200 employees based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the company provides online and offline technical support to multinational clients, covering a wide range of languages: Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Czech, Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, English.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be communicating with customers, using inbound and outbound chat, email and phone; providing technical assistance for products, websites, software, etc.; answering customer queries in timely and professional manner.
We are looking for a proactive, friendly and communicative person. You don’t have to worry if you don’t have previous experience in working with clients, the company will train you. On the other hand, if you do have experience, you have the chance to expand it, with the help of the team.
