RESPONSABILITATI

Our candidate will have two main responsibilities:

1. Customer support - taking care of our clients, answering their questions via online chat platforms and phone and verification of the orders via phone. This will be approx. 80% of the job.
2. Translation - translation of articles - bulgarian and/or english to romanian. This will be approx. 20% of the job.

This is a full-time job and there are two possible options for working time:

1. Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
2. Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 with 1 hour lunch break.

For students there might be a flexible working time.

The candidate must be located at Sofia, Bulgaria in order to work at our headquarters.

The candidate's native language must be romanian and must have middle or excellent knowledge in bulgarian.

Knowledge in english, russian and/or german will be considered as an advantage.

No past experience required.
