RESPONSABILITATI

• Generates and develops new sales & business opportunities for the company’s products in the Bulgarian market
• Analyzes the prospective market: size, end use segments, key players, trends, key success factors
• Develops the sales and business plan, strategy and approach to successfully enter the Bulgarian market
• Identify priority market and customer segments
• Evaluates the attractiveness of (potential) customers based on growth, profitability and loyalty
• Builds up and maintains business plan within in volumes, turnovers, and budgets
• Visit (potential) customers, measure their satisfaction, evaluate any complaints and promotes all products through all available distribution channels
• Responsible for representing the company on the Bulgarian market.


CERINTE

• Relevant experience for 3 to 5 years within Marketing, Sales and Logistics management at senior management level (experience in working foods industry is a plus)
• Bachelor/Master degree in economics/marketing or engineering
• Result oriented, excellent organizational, entrepreneurial, analytical skills , capable of working independently and with strong client management skills
• Good understanding of client satisfaction measurement indicators (SLAs, KPIs)
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken) (100% fluency is required)
• High motivation and internal drive, willing and able to develop a business in a new market.
