RESPONSABILITATI

- Comunica, aplica si coordoneaza politica comerciala Renault, la nivelul retelei de concesionari;
- Stabileste obiectivele post vanzare si service pentru fiecare concesiune in functie de posibilitatile acestora si in concordanta cu politica comerciala Renault;
- Analizeaza rezultatele de vanzari piese de schimb si service din cadrul concesiunilor propunand actiuni de ameliorare, optimizare si eliminare a problemelor aparute;
- Urmareste implementarea normelor si procedurilor Renault pe dimensiunea post vanzare piese de schimb si service;
- Supervizeaza schema organizatorica de personal calificat din cadrul concesiunilor in concordanta cu structura recomandata Renault;
- Este responsabil de maximizarea performantelor post vazare piese de schimb si service in cadrul retelei de concesionari.


CERINTE

- Studii superioare finalizate, de preferat profil tehnic;
- Experienta in domeniul vanzarilor de minim 1 an;
- Buna cunoastere a domeniului auto;
- Bune cunostinte de limba franceza/limba engleza;
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare, negociere si lucru in echipa;
- Disponibilitate la deplasari frecvente.
