Department Description: SW Development, ZigBee and 802.15.4 stack on different Freescale processors.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: You will lead the team developing applications for the ZigBee/802.15.4 Freescale platform, coordinate the projects, mentor the members of the team and act as the technical lead of the team.
- university degree in Computer Science or Electronics
- C/C++ programming language in embedded and PC systems (5+ years)
- knowledge of networking protocols, topology and routing
- proven managerial experience in managing teams of 5+ engineers (3+ years)
- experience in managing software development projects, full life-cycle
- knowledge of software development process (for instance CMM, ISO 9001) and configuration management process
- good verbal and written communication skills
