RESPONSABILITATI

- Through understanding of the HP project business provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP¿s policies and processes.
- The Team Lead is responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting. The Team Lead coordinates the daily operations, is responsible for work prioritization & allocation & workload balance.
- The Team Lead is also accountable for the team's operational objectives.

Besides these tasks, the Team Lead acts as a Subject Matter Expert and is partly involved in team executive tasks:

- Maintaining and tracking project financials (mainly in COMPASS) in cooperation with country PMs, Admin Front office, financial analysts, EngCO deal specialists.
- Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality).
- Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking).
- Financial reports analysis.
- Sales order booking.
- 3rd party purchasing process.
- Invoicing.
- Forecasting, reporting ¿ data preparation.
- Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences).
- Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP's policies.


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate is:

- Good written and spoken English skills
- Accounting ¿ Finance background / 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Leadership and coordination abilities
- MS Office Suit knowledge
- Patient & well organized
- Able to work under pressure
- Good with numbers
- Proactive
- Exposure to SAP is a strong plus, but not a pre-requisite, as full training will be provided
- Self-dependent
