Job Description:
1.Compass Tester leading to Testing Lead
¿Integral part of testing team executing scenarios as per testing plan;
¿Reports issues discovered during testing as per process, re-testing as necessary;
¿Works with Testing team to update, validate & review test scenarios;
¿Validates testing master data before test execution;
¿As Testing Lead, provides a coordination role between the various functions & IT and works with regions & countries to ensure availability of suitably knowledgeable testers.
Candidate¿s profile:
¿2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Process Documentation & Testing of software applications;
¿Work experience in an international environment;
¿Analytical skills;
¿Fluency in English both verbal & written;
¿Very good communication skills;
¿SAP and/or Compass knowledge;
¿Self starter and ability to get things done without much guidance;
¿Work independently to achieve desired objectives;
¿Team orientated;
¿Willingness to participate in non-standard working time models, in order to support Asia and US;
¿Ability to travel for business purposes
