- Manages daily delivery of workplace services;
- Plans and manages operational workplace projects;
- Manages production risk associated with the workplace and workplace services;
- Holds cost center and budgeting responsibility for workplace costs locally;
- Manages collaborators performance
- Strong technical background (electrical, heating, plumming, air-conditioning, building engineering etc.);
- Clear understanding of risks (Production, Safety, Security and Environmental)
- Good knowledge about facility services (Maintenence & Repair, Housekeeping, Catering, Postal, Office Supplies and Financial matters )
- At least 10 years in similar position;
- Good leadership skills;
- Good English knowledge
- PC skills
