We're developing WordPress Plugins&Themes which are available on most known marketplaces. A well done Support service is the key of success. Once our Customers list is growing, the support team have to grow also.
Responsibilities:
- Solving the technical problems that are brought to your attention by customers
- Sorting and escalating incoming requests as applicable
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Good command of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analysis and identification of the problem, and clearly outlining a path to a solution
- Familiar with WordPress coding standards
- Basic WordPress development skills
Not required but may be a Plus:
- Good WordPress development skills
- Has 3 months+ experience in technical support/troubleshooting
- Basic CSS, PHP, MySQL knowledge
- Flexibility into your schedule
- Opportunity to become part of the development team
