Departament activities: SW Development, wireless stacks on different Freescale platforms.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- You will be part of the R&D SW team developing wireless stacks on different Freescale platforms
- Create the software architecture for new products
- Design modules and new features for new or existing products
- Code, review, document and unit test new modules/features
Specific knowledge/skills:
- University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electronics, Cybernetics, etc)
- ANSI C programming language (3+ years)
- Experience in developing and optimizing embedded low-level software
- Knowledge of networking protocols
The following would be a plus:
- Experience in embedded real-time software development
- Understanding of wireless protocols specifications (MAC and network levels)
- Usage of configuration management tools
