Departament activities: SW Development, wireless stacks on different Freescale platforms.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- you will be part of the R&D SW team developing wireless stacks on different Freescale platforms
- create the software architecture for new products
- design modules and new features for new or existing products
- code, review, document and unit test new modules/features
- university degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electronics, Cybernetics, etc)
- ANSI C programming language (3+ years)
- experience in developing and optimizing embedded low-level software
- knowledge of networking protocols
The following would be a plus:
- experience in embedded real-time software development
- understanding of wireless protocols specifications (MAC and network levels)
- usage of configuration management tools
