* Planning, deployment and maintenance of Exchange services.
* Windows 2003 administration.
* Configuration and maintenance of Active Directory.
* Design and implementation of upgrades, security patches, etc.
* Automation of recurring tasks.
* SQL Server administration (backups/restores, users rights, troubleshooting, etc.)
* Installation/update of applications based on specifications from developers.
* Provision of second-level support to corporate users.
* Development of new projects and proposals.
* Comprehensive documentation of our systems, applications and processes.
* 3 years of hands-on experience of Microsoft server platforms:
Exchange Server;
Active Directory;
Windows 2003/2000 servers;
Windows Security model, especially Group Policy Objects;
* MS SQL, MySQL administration.
* Familiarity with Linux or Unix systems and knowledge of TCP/IP networking is a plus.
* High level of initiative and dedication.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good English Knowledge.
