What we need:
We are searching for a team lead with strong Windows C++ development skills.
The team lead will be responsible for all aspects of our C++ development under Windows environment.
Our servers are written using C++ technology, boost C++,Visual C++ and MFC. Servers can run as a Win32 application or Services.
You will be responsible of:
- Develop new features.
- Maintain existing features and provide development support.
- Lead the team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle – requirements analysis and time estimates, design, development and deployment support
- Provide technical team leadership and mentoring the testers
- Work with different interfaces like developers and project managers at all stages to ensure high quality products
How good should you be:
- At least 8 years of development experience in C++ – a must
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Proven experience in writing Server Side code – a must
- Experience with a relational database – a must
- Experience with OO design & development
- Familiarity with Design patterns
- Experience in developing multiusers distributed systems – an advantage
- Experience with Agile engineering practices (Test driven development, continuous integration, etc.) – an advantage
You will also need some good skills like:

- Excellent communication skills

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Quick learner and Creative
- Organized and able to attend to details;
