- Understand project requirements and contribute to technical and functional specifications;
- Implement functionality to specification, schedule and high quality;
- Help to drive innovation of the design and code to improve its overall quality, reliability and speed of implementation;
- Contribute to design reviews to ensure satisfaction of requirements and long-term application quality;
- Highlight any issues that need to be addressed to the relevant development lead;
- Monitor and report on progress and exceptions to the team and management;
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with team members, other groups and departments.
- Experience in commercial product development;
- At least 3 years of experience in C/C++ programming language including STL;
- At least 2 years of experience in Windows API and MFC user interface programming;
- Knowledge of OLE/COM/ATL technologies;
- Good knowledge of English language (read/write).
