What we need:
We need a team lead with strong Windows C++ development skills.
He will be responsible for all aspects of our Windows and MAC client development. Our client is written using two main technologies, QT and Visual C++/MFC.
Our clients can run as a Win32 application on the Windows desktop, or as native app on MAC based on QT technology.
You will be responsible of:
- Developing new features in our client application
- Maintaining existing features and provide development support in our client application.
- Lead the team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle – requirements analysis and time estimates, design, development and deployment support
- Providing technical team leadership and mentoring the testers
- Working with different interfaces like developers and project managers at all stages to ensure high quality products.
How good should you be:
- 3 years prior experience as a team leader
- 5-7 years’ experience with Microsoft Visual C++
- 3-5 years’ experience with MFC
- 1 year experience with ATL
- 3 years’ experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- 3 years’ experience with Microsoft COM technologies
- Experience with AS3/Flash and web technologies a plus (we will providing additional training)

- Organized and able to attend to details;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
