RESPONSABILITATI

Management - filtering, tracking, discussion with vendor - of the problem reports using specific tool.
Provision of senior operational support - not real time - for affiliates.
Manage the return & repair reports and issue quality alerts.
Provide support to Technology Skill Centre for trials and technology assessments.

Professional Knowledge:
Good knowledge of telecom industry and standards
WiMAX specifications and standard
Fixed and mobile networks architecture design
General knowledge of Network Monitoring Systems
MS Office

Experience and Education:
University degree in Telecom
Operation and maintenance experience in a telecom network
Good knowledge of English language
Good knowledge of French language (desirable but not mandatory)
