- Responsible for all aspects of Club¿s operations & standards;
- Drive Club Sales & Personal Training initiatives to achieve financial targets for the Club by regular monitoring and review of Club performance and implementing key strategies to make improvements where required;
- Ensure all accounting, banking and administrative procedures are completed accurately;
- Understand and implement all opening, closing and emergency procedures in line with legislation requirements;
- Complete thorough facility checks and regularly check progress of any necessary tasks;
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service to all members and guests at the Club;
- Listens to members' complaints and resolving problems to restore and promote good public relations;
- Manage the recruitment and training of all staff;
- Delivering the highest levels of Health and Safety;
- BSc in sport, fitness, leisure or business related studies.
- First Aid Certificate, attendance of Sales Seminars, Customer Service Seminars and possession of relevant Certificates from recognised bodies will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2-years previous experience in a similar environment (Health Clubs, Leisure Facilities, Hotels) at least at Assistant Management level or at a management related position.
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literate;
- Strong motivational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- A firm understanding of customer service;
- The ability to train, develop and evaluate staff;
- The ability to adjust to changing demands of work;
- Willing to work long hours including weekends;
- Outgoing character with strong work ethic;
- Sales orientated, professional and fitness passionate.
