-Play a direct role in all aspects of web product manual and automated testing
-Create, document and maintain test plans and test cases for both existing and new product features
-Create detailed product bug reports including steps to reproduce and other relevant information to streamline the process of correcting defects
-Work with content writers, webmasters, web designers to isolate, clarify and document both functional and visual defects
-test across multiple browsers and platforms, including mobile & tablet devices
