One of the Top web design and development company, is seeking to hire a highly experienced web project manager to be a part of a talented project management team that produces a wide range of web applications.
This is a full-time position that requires organizational, time management, interpersonal, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
Project managers serve as the primary contact with the clients, have general responsibility for the success of projects, manage internal resources in collaboration with the company directors, report financial projections to the Top Management, manage all administrative aspects of the project, and work to develop ongoing business with existing clients.
The position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to lead project teams, serving as the internal manager as well as the primary point of contact with clients. The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as showing individual leadership and initiative is important. Excellent customer/client relations skills are critical.
From him will also be expected to be creative in bringing new ideas into the web projects that can materialize in new ways of monetizing the projects.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience working Web projects from inception to launch; successful candidates will have solid experience in strategy design, information architectures and new functions development.
Experience in managing startups or ongoing businesses, and management qualifications are a plus.
The projects we work on and sites we administrate are definitely not vanilla web implementations - we need a seasoned project manager that can successfully manage complex web site under pressure and get fast solutions to any problems.
A successful Project Manager will have the following technical skills: Proficiency in all MS Office applications, writing/editing, and a general knowledge of business, marketing, budgets, and technology fields.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous industry experience in Web design (or comparable) project management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate current capabilities that are comparable to our existing standards.
