-Monitor and manage Service Level performance on assigned account(s) and reports attainment and potential exposures in a timely manner;

-Continually identify ways to reduce cost delivering the services and improve service;
-Assure quality standards;

-Very strong business acumen;
-At least 5 years experience in a managerial position with people management responsibilities;
-Able to manage 60 or more persons;
-Web development skills;
-Technical bachelor degree;
-Strong communication skills;
