For one of our clients, a highly prestigious multinational telecoms company, we are currently searching for experienced and professional candidates to fill in the role of WEB DESIGNER.
Responsibilities:
- Design the company’s website according to the company’s brand guidelines. This involves developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the website;
- The web designer must collect the text documents and images that will appear on the page and convert them into a form in which they can be viewed. This requires a mastery of HTML and CSS experience;
- Make changes and update the website as needed;
- Add and remove advertising from the website as needed.
- Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc
- Experience and knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash.
- Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centred design, and experience with web database solutions definite assets;
- Advanced English skills;
- Ability to work in a team and to communicate in a clear way;
- Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving;
- Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work, excellent management of time-critical tasks.
