The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of designing for CMS, Web 2.0 and Flash, possess strong ability for organizing information architecture and content (on small and large scales). Core web design skills in HTML and CSS alongside working to W3C standards are also expected. Extensive knowledge of Query & Flash techniques to enhance user experience (coding knowledge not essential), being SEO focused is essential. It would be the cherry on cake if you had 3D experience, illustration skills, Action script 3.0, PHP or Word press.
