RESPONSABILITATI

The Web Designer will be responsible for designing the Internet Portal, starting with the analysis phase. He/she will coordinate the team working for web solution for Internet Portal and will be responsible for the overall implementation of the component.
The Web Designer will work at the Beneficiary premises in close cooperation with the Beneficiary team for that component, using the existing infrastructure created with this purpose within the GDIT. He is responsible for skills and knowledge transfer to the Beneficiary team. He/she will closely work with Data Warehouse Architect and Data Warehouse Developer key experts.


CERINTE

¿ University degree in IT or equivalent, relevant to the project fields;
¿ Professional training courses appropriate for the position in the project. Professional Certificates will be an advantage;
¿ Excellent command of English.
General professional experience
¿ Above 5 years of experience in the field of IT;
¿ Experience in the SW development projects cycle: design, construction and testing, implementation, service delivery - participation in min 2 projects;
¿ Information systems security - at least 2 years during the last 5 years;
¿ Experience with Rational Application Development (RAD) tools or equivalent - at least 2 years during the last 5 years;
Specific professional experience
¿ Working experience in Web design in min two projects for min 2 years duration in total;
¿ Experience in creating web portals for large organisations and applying security solution - at least one project for at least one year;


DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

Orvaal Ltd is specilised on IT Developement and Testing,Networking Solutions,Telecommunications projects and Quality Assurance.
The overall objectives of the project are: to create Internet portal to support the external communication for the MoPF/NATA to provide services to taxpayers, other public institutions, business associations and to interface with the administrations of other Member States of the European Union; to develop and implement Data Warehouse to support the fiscal audit and to provide information to taxpayers; to perform feasibility study for management of the invoices issued by suppliers of public institutions (e-invoices); to provide IT Technical training; supplementary technical assistance for infrastructure administration to support the hardware, software, communications and application administrators to fulfill their tasks.

The intended commencement date is November 2006 and the period of execution of the contract will be 11 months from this date. The operational base shall be Bucharest, Romania.
