HR Performance is recruiting for one of its clients an experienced Senior Designer

Responsibilities
- Help the current team to redesign and refresh multiple websites;
- Create and/or improve design elements based on new specifications;
- Handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Recommend improvements or new guidelines if necessary;
- Perform DTP (print preparation) activities when necessary;
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Must be master in Photoshop and good in Illustrator;
- Should be a guru in web design, be able to create realistic photo-manipulations and have a really good eye for typography;
- Should have basic coding skills (HTML & CSS) - to understand how coding works so it's easier for the programmer to convert the layout;
- Pay attention to details, be a problem solver;
- Work efficiently under pressure;
- Sociable person and a team player;
- Be available to work from 1pm to 10pm (including one hour break);
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 3;
- Vast experience over multiple fields like web design, mobile design, app design, UI&UX;
