Horizon Recruitment is looking for an experienced Web Business Analyst for one of its clients!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and document: user stories, specifications, traceability matrixes, business flow diagrams and business process descriptions;
• Support project managers and collaborate w/other analysts to decompose high - level needs into understandable and approvable functional requirements;
• Review and develop UAT use cases to ensure feature sets in req. docs. is validated prior to implementation;
• Assist in the execution/analysis of integration, user acceptance, and performance test.
Requirements:
• Requirements gathering and user story-writing using an Agile-oriented development methodology;
• Experience with online marketing and online business practices, processes and trends (SEO, user experience, online advertising, etc);
• Strong analytical skills, including competition and integration analysis (e.g: gap analysis, user experience analysis, Pareto, etc);
• Good organizer and able to skillfully negotiate overlapping projects and competing deadlines;
• Very organized and proactive person;
• Team-player;
• Good negotiator and listener;
• Keen eye for details.
In addition, 2-3 years of experience in the following, would be a plus:
• Content management systems (Joomla, Wordpress);
• General knowledge about web programming front-end and back-end, including PHP, ASP, HTML 5, etc;
• General knowledge about design and design programming, including but not limited to: Flash with Action script, Adobe AIR.
