Lead in the development and testing of software features, applications and solutions.
Take ownership for a project section and review project against goals to provide status reports.
Write code and conduct code review, complete programming and debug software applications and solutions.
Identify effective approaches to software and solutions development process and promote opportunities for product innovation.
Builds and assembles prototypes of software applications and solutions.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated programming ability in several of the following: Java, J2EE, WebLogic, Struts, Hibernate and Oracle. Working knowledge in HTML, ASP/JSP, VBScript, JavaScript is a plus. The person must be proficient in development environments, debugging tools and source control systems and in developing and deploying an infrastructure product.
The position requires at least 6 years experience in the software industry and ability in mentor senior software engineers.
