For our client, a fast growing online sales company and a respected player in the American self-reliance publishing market, we are looking for a Web Analyst Specialist.
You will be part of a Romanian-American advertising agency, specialized in direct response marketing. Since their 2012 market debut, the young team has generated millions of dollars in sales and over 100,000 customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
A). Offer Business Strategy Input:
Implementing web analytics solutions to review large amounts of data from different sources and form hypotheses;
Delivering cutting-edge, meaningful and actionable insights based on regular analyses and inquiries, in the form of weekly/monthly reports and/ or respond to ad-hoc requests (when needed);
Training internal stakeholders (mainly management) through user-friendly, standardized reports and explanatory, clear and simple presentations in order to drive key business objectives and to support optimizing efforts for the online channel;
B). Offer Online Initiatives:
Tracking and analyzing web sites performances, trends, clickstream, and results of campaigns in order to provide data driven, innovative ideas and recommendations;
Working closely with key departments - Marketing, Optimization and IT, in cross-functional teams in order to evaluate web traffic and behavior, improve site conversions, funnels, and the overall customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or Economics;
Advanced English skills;
Natural ability to “crunch numbers” and identify trends and patterns
A passion for online marketing and for continuous growth
Experience with basic analytics software like Google Analytics
Proficiency in using MS Excel.
Nice to have:
Some technical / programming background could be useful;
Web Analytics Certification.
