- An Engineer, with a University degree in an engineering based discipline and 5 years post-graduate experience of the Romanian water sector, preferably with operations and maintenance activities in a water utility.
- Experience of working on EU funded projects and working with international and local staff.
- Experience of working on water and/or wastewater projects or operational improvement programmes.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills are required and the ability to speak and translate from Romanian to English and English to Romanian.
- Computer literate with the ability to work in Word, Excel and Power-point on own computer.
- Current clean driving license, own reliable car and willingness to use for travel on project purposes.
- Ability to establish good working relationships between the consultant's team and the beneficiaries.
