The Warranty Claims Assessor is responsible for reviewing selected warranty claims submitted by dealers and evaluating for appropriate payment.
- Assess and process electronically submitted warranty claims
- Resolve dealer issues and answer questions submitted through an electronic communication system (SAP)
- Receive and assess claims, according to the procedures in force
- Conduct self quality check
- Transfer claim/ticket to responsible party for resolution, when needed
- Communicate with the dealers and offer assistance, when needed (only written interaction)
• University degree
• Fluency in Dutch (B2 for both spoken and written interaction)
• Fluency in English-For office and client interaction
• PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Attention to details
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Team player
