Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce so that to meet set productivity targets;
Train staff and monitor its performance and progress;
Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met;
Oversee stock control and processing orders;
Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity;
Keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements;
Deliver and fulfill objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters;
Ensure a smooth communication between Warehouse and other departments, staff groups and customers (respond to and deal with it);
Carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and PC systems;
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis or on the spot.
Experience on a similar job - minimum 3 years;
Excellent communication, organizing, planning and monitoring skills;
Proven ability to lead, motivate and train teams;
Excellent knowledge of warehouse activities;
Proactive attitude, ability and desire to turn ideas into facts;
Results-oriented person, used to work under pressure;
University graduate;
PC skills: MS Office, data base, Outlook
English skills: good knowledge;
SAP/Aberon knowledge will be an advantage.
