¿ supervises the entire warehouse activity (logistics, staff, production, reception, prepare for delivery, etc).
¿ responsible for long-term budget planning and execution,
¿ follow up on stocks,
¿ supervises order system, analyses delivery conditions,
¿ supervise packaging / delivery,
¿ plans logistics,
¿ participates and decides on selection process of logistic companies,
¿ collaborates with heads of other departments, units,
¿ instruct staff re day to day activities, when needed, oversee daily activity
¿ motivates, coaches and trains personnel to improve quality, productivity and work atmosphere.
¿ prior operational experience
