Responsibilities:
- Accountable for performing general and specific administrative tasks involved by Economical department;
- Assists with analysis, compiles data for different reports, VP Finance - CFO;
- Taking, drafting and distributing minutes of the meetings for CFO;
- Ensure efficient and empathic running of the office in administrative respects (e-mail and post mail, telephone, filling, keep time & expenses registers, record & distribution of internal documents);
- Organize and manage the CFO agenda - ensure efficient meeting preparation through good coordination of people, time allowance and smooth schedule;
- Administrate travel arrangements for Economic Department staff and other visitors / suppliers;
- Ensure the interface in terms of internal communication;
- Formulate and write letters in Romanian and English, Hebrew could be an advantage;
- Prepare presentations and organize different events;
- Be capable to judge information and documents at the confidentiality level of the fast moving daily office life;
- Develop a positive and professional relationship with all departments;
The position is subordinated to CFO / VP Finance of the company;

Requirements:
- Dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Excellent interpersonal skills,strong communication skills, flexibility, enthuziasm, ambition;
- Strong analytical mind;
- Know how to focus on key issues;
- Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft (Access, Power Point, Excel);
- University Degree /Technical or Economical;
- Fluent in English, Hebrew could be an advantage;
- Driving License B;
- Very honest and ready to solve complex problems;
- Unique ability to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environments;
