- Resolve or refer to client related issues, both financial and non-financial, that may delay invoice payment
- Communicate to cash forecasting team cash payment issues identified through non-strategic/non-key account and other customer contacts according to defined parameters
- Respond to client's requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility
- Resolve caller issue on-line or raise a ticket in service centre for AP
- Document a thorough description of the issue into problem logging tool.
- Assign problem severity level.
- Refer non-financial queries by ticket for escalation
To be a part of our international team, you need to have:
-University Degree in Economic Studies;
-Fluency in Swedish;
-Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
-Very good communication skills;
-Knowledge of the basic accounting concepts;
-Previous experience in SAP system would be an asset.
