Ensure all payments are processed and reconciled on a timely basis, investigate and solve open deductions within given deadlines.
To reconcile customer payments applied to the customer account and clear all paid items and unallocated cash
Ensure all deductions are recorded in CIC System.
Ensure where applicable, that statements and Dunning and other prompts for payment are issued on a timely basis. (chase with customer / participate in telephone conferences with region where applicable)
Support team priorities and initiatives, to ensure workloads are effectively managed.
Support Credit Control with regular reviews and Auditapply payments in a timely and accurate manner
investigate open deductions for a portofolio of customers
identify areas of dispute through billing process and solve gaps/errors in order to facilitate payments
issuance of credit notes
maintain a strong relationship with the customer
The training is provided by the company!
University Degree;
Fluency in DANISH; At least medium level of English;
Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
Good interaction with clients;
Very good communication skills;
Used to work with clients;
Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
