RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for reliable operation of the Voice infrastructure, including AVAYA S8700 PBX with G700 gateways at remote locations, IP-, digital and analogue phones

- Ensures agreed level of services provided by various service providers

- Participates in operation and development of Network infrastructure, ensures feasibility of new systems from Voice perspective

- Utilize System Monitoring solutions to ensure proactive prevention against system failures

- Keep contact with vendors and service providers

- Participates in planning and execution of system development projects

- Provides IT support for the implementation of various projects by the company


CERINTE

- University degree - Telecommunications

- Strong and reliable technical knowledge covering the following technologies/products:
- LAN / WAN
- VoIP
- ISDN, E1

- Experience - minimum 2-3 years in the above technologies

- Experience in Call Center operations is a plus

- A strong advantage would be the knowledge of AVAYA Definity PBX and AVAYA S8700 PBX and G700 gateway

- English - advanced level

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure
