The selected person will :
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices;
Create and implement the merchandising and promotion policies;
Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications;
Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development;
Develop and negogiate contacts for promotional campaigns ;
Coordinate a team of mechandisers.
University degree (economical background, especially marketing);
Required experience (at least 3 years in a similar position);
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems;
Independence and level of decision making process;
Creative thinking;
Leadership abilities;
Planning and organizational skills.
