Huawei Technologies, one of the leading suppliers of telecom systems and solutions, wishes to expand its activities. In order to perform such challenging task we are looking for a professional Visa Manager who can perform the following responsibilities:
- Managing visa platform for our expats;
- Maintain close relation with the authorities involved in the procedures of issuance, legalization, confirmation and approvals of necessary official documents;
- Good knowledge of Romanian legislation regarding Work Permit procedure, Residence Cards and other countries’ visas;
- Manage and prepare all necessary documents required by Romanian authorized institutions (Ministries of Internal and External Affairs) and different countries’ Embassies.
- Maintain up-dated reports with the current status of on going visas/ work permits and residence cards process.
- Very good English (spoken & written);
- University diploma preferable in Public Relation, Communication, Foreign Languages;
- Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time;
- Working experience in dealing with the above mentioned tasks of at least 6 months;
- Patient and good attitude.
