- Monthly update of the channel line up in the Reporting system BRIO, checking the channel line up and the fees per channel for the monthly accruals purposes.
- Ensures and checks up the programming invoices (checks the invoices with the programming reports and the fees and then prepare them for monthly payment, solves different issues related to programming invoices etc.).
- Monthly update and tracking of the Programming contracts (termination dates, change of fees, payments, change of transmission method, advertising clauses, etc).
- Monthly update and checking of the channel line up in the Technical database Repository (together with Technical teams).
- Initiates corrective actions when needed/requested.
- Cooperates with the Technical and Operational departments for technical related issues.
- Cooperates/ sustains the other departments (operational, direct sales, customer care) and the team to implement the Video products.
- Ensures support and training materials for the Sales department when needed; works closely with marketing& communication team to prepare the materials needed.
- Supports direct appropriate marketing/sales/communication events (advertising, trade shows, public relations, mailing, inbound/outbound sale actions etc.), including the development of co-branded marketing campaign with the programmers.
- Good knowledge related to the cable industry
- Minimum 1 year experience on a similar position
- English language: advanced level
- Very good PC& MS Office skills: Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Office Project
